As I previously lived in Bancroft I have been to the Bancroft McDonald's often. They have updated it to a McCafe and it is nice for all ages. The staff are local and friendly, and the sitting area is nice. While not huge it is big enough for the small town of Bancroft and there are tables outside. It's a nice hang out spot for all times of the year but especially in the warm summer months when you can sit out at a table and chat with friends.
